We have FLOW Sales Managers based across the UK to handle the sale process from initial enquiry through to decision making and planning.
Our sales team are backed up by dedicated FLOW Account Managers, who work with our customers post sale to create training plans based around their training and development needs, and to offer ongoing support and guidance with the switch to e-learning.
This support structure has proved invaluable both to ensure our customers get the maximum benefit from Flow but also to enable us to tailor our product and services to best serve the trade.
Support for Staff
FLOW hospitality training allows all staff to train at a time, pace and place that suits them. To enable this we provide a helpdesk manned with fully experienced staff that are there to answer any queries you or your staff may have about FLOW.
Our helpdesk operates 7 days a week to give our customers the comfort of knowing there is back up around the clock for them and their staff should they need any technical, training or other questions answered.
Our helpdesk is manned 9am–6pm, Monday–Friday, and outwith these hours returns all calls and emails within 24 hours.
