As operators we know how imperative it is for your staff to have an excellent working knowledge of your company's menus, wine lists, drinks list and any other company specific product knowledge. That is why we have created the ability to add your bespoke materials as PDF downloads to any of our modules so that your staff can have access to them as an essential training tool.We will work with you to advise which module are best matched with which materials, and where best to place them for maximum learning.
Customised Questions
For truly comprehensive learning we can also work with you to include customised questions in the tests and exams to fully test a member of staff�s knowledge of their particular operation. You can supply these for us or we can work with you to produce questions for your approval.
