Flow are delighted to announce that they are proud winners of the coveted Innovation in Training Award at the 2011 CiS Excellence Awards.
Flow triumphed over an astounding 80 other entries, from a range of companies across Scotland and stiff competition from two other finalists, the prestigious Fairmont Hotel, St Andrews and the internationally renowned Missoni Hotel in Edinburgh, to take the top award.
Flow was a unanimous choice of the esteemed judging panel, which included James Thomson OBE, owner of The Witchery, Prestonfield and The Tower.
Nominations were sought from all sectors of the industry, including hotels, colleges, universities, industry training partnerships and state supported training organisations.
The judges were looking for a culture that views training and development as an integral part of their business, and for an organisation to demonstrate active involvement in the development, design and evaluation of an innovative training programme.
The awards themselves are positioned as the industry's ultimate accolade, to reward the high degree of creativity and excellence in Scotland's catering, hospitality and tourism industries.
