FLOW hospitality training can be purchased in a number of ways, depending on the size and nature of your training needs.
Businesses
If you are interested in FLOW and are either an independent business, part of a group or a large national company, we would recommend one of our FLOW Sales Managers visit you and carry out our FLOW sales presentation. Our experienced Sales Managers will work with you to understand your business requirements in order to help maximise the potential that FLOW can offer your company.
Depending on the size of your business and training requirements there are a range of contracts and payment options we can offer you, which our Sales Managers will be happy to discuss. For some customers we can also offer to run and manage a pilot, to demonstrate the ease of use and impact that FLOW online training can have on your team.
Post sale one of our dedicated FLOW Account Managers will work with you to support the implementation of FLOW training into your company. We will also offer assistance with setting up your management system, ensuring it is tailored to your needs and training your key individuals on its use.
From start to finish the FLOW team will ensure purchasing our training is as tailored, efficient and convenient as possible.

Small Businesses
If you are a small business and have 10 or fewer employees FLOW hospitality training can be bought and used instantly on line via our secure debit & credit card facilities.
Simply select the type and number of modules you require and enter the names and email addresses of the staff who are to receive training.These individuals will receive an email with their access codes and instructions on how to download their modules.
You will then receive an email allowing you access to the FLOW Management System where you can log in to track your teams progress and view their results.

Individuals
If you are purchasing as an individual then FLOW hospitality training can be bought and used instantly online via our secure debit & credit card facilities. Modules can be purchased at £30.00 + VAT each and in any combination, depending on your training needs.
Once you have made your purchase you will receive an email with your access code and instructions on how to download your modules.

Government Funding
If you or your business is based in Scotland then the FLOW training package can be fully funded through ILA Scotland - a government funding scheme that supports individuals earning £22 000 per year or less to pay for ILA approved training courses.
