Our wine module introduces staff to the world of wine, teaching them how to serve and taste wine correctly, to match wine with food, and ensuring customers are served in a professional manner by knowledgeable staff.
Our bartender module teaches staff all the skills required to enter the world of professional bartending, from weights and measures responsibilities, to essential product knowledge, drinks preparation and, of course, taking care of customers.
Our licensing modules cover the licensing law and responsible serving practices that all staff working in the hospitality industry must adhere to. The module is available for England & Wales as well as Scotland, where this training is required by law.
Our waiter module introduces the learner to the culinary world of food service, equipping the learner with all the practical skills and knowledge required to become a professional waiter.
Our coffee module enables the learner to produce and present a high standard of coffee - understanding the different styles of coffee, producing the perfect coffee and handling equipment.
Our Food Hygiene modules helps staff understand the importance of food safety regulations, potential hazards and how such hazards can be prevented. Level 2 is mapped to the National Occupational Standards (NOS) and endorsed by the IQ awarding body.
Service that Sells module is our hospitality sales training which ensures staff understand the value of maximising sales opportunities and explores how best to acheive this.
Our Cask Ale module is designed to equip the learner with all the knowledge and skills required to work effectively with cask ale covering topics such as the history of cask ale, cellar maintainance, pouring the perfect pint and pairing cask ale with food.
Our Creating Cocktails module introduces bartenders to the exciting world of cocktails, teaching the basic principles of making great cocktails and providing them with the methodology and receipes for a selection of classic cocktails.
Our Customer Service module explores how to provide an excellent customer experience using the fundamental principles of the FLOW service concept.
The Health & Safety module teaches staff about the importance of a safe and healthy working environment and how to protect themselves and others in the workplace. Level 2 is mapped to the National Occupational Standards (NOS) and endorsed by the ProSkills Sector Skills Council.
The First Aid Awareness module has been designed to provide basic first aid awareness training for staff and covers the correct procedures that should be followed when illness or injury occurs.
The Working in a Kitchen module has been designed to provide basic kitchen awareness training for staff and covers the correct procedures that should be followed when in the kitchen.
