FLOW Food Safety Training (Level 1&2)

As a business you are responsible for the safety of your customers and have a duty to comply with the Food Hygiene Regulations [2006], guidance which is applicable to all types of food business in the UK.

All staff that deal with food on a daily basis are required by law to complete food safety training before they start any work which involves handling food including drinks and ice.

The FLOW Food Safety modules cover all training requirements. This training should also be updated periodically to reflect any changes in food safety training legislation. Our Food Safety Level 2 module is mapped to the National Occupational Standards [NOS] and endorsed by 

Who will benefit?

Our food safety training is essential for all kitchen and front of house staff that deal with food and drink throughout their working day, including chefs, kitchen porters, waiting staff, bartenders and room service attendants.

The FLOW Food Safety modules can be used to update existing staff as well as new recruits.

Staff can train at their own pace and benefit from all of the interactive learning techniques.

Food Safety Level 2 module is available in Polish and Spanish.
